Journal Entry 05/27/10

A big challenge I had to overcome is to forgive my mom. Two years ago I found out my mom had lied to me about my biological father. I grew up with my sister's dad thinking he was my dad too, which I never saw as a dad figure since he was such a bad example. It was hard to forgive my mom because I didn't know what to believe, plus I was fourteen. I was getting to understand life better. It was hard, but I forgave her.
